LOVE
The fundamental nature of the Blueprint of Health for the human being is Order, Balance, Harmony and Flow.
This is the first principle we learn in our study of SourcePoint Therapy. There is a universal energy/information field present in Source that contains the information for, the design of, the human being, from which the human being emerges, takes form. We call it the Blueprint of Health for the human being.
There are blueprints for everything – this universe emerges from an ocean of information longing to emerge into form.
How do we know this? In our hearts, in our sensitivity to what is, in our awareness, deep inside us, generally buried, this knowledge is present. As we practice, working with energy and consciousness for the purposes of healing, we become aware of a Presence. It is palpable, tangible and real. We discover that we live in a universe of interwoven Being, sentient patterns interacting with each other.
We discover that this Blueprint of health is a sentient being, constantly in communication with us, responding to us, an energy that brings healing, a consciousness that shifts our perspective on life, this universe and our part in it.
The Blueprint of health manifests the Cosmic Order of Source into our particular individual being.
We come to understand that the Blueprint is that energetic pattern, that information present in the universal energy field, that brings us into being. It is a pattern that gives rise to life, nourishes and maintains life, address and repairs dysfunction in the functioning of the systems it gives rise to, and is aware, responsive and always present.
That sounds a lot like Love. It sounds like the Cosmic Mother, or Matrix. It sounds a lot like what is sometimes called “pure love” or “unconditional love.” And so it is.
We begin to understand that Love, the capacity to care for another, for each other, for ourselves, to focus on nourishing and sustaining the Order, Balance, Harmony and Flow required for life to emerge and live in this world, is inherent in us.
Love is the activity of the Universal Consciousness manifesting into form, and therefore we all carry within us the capacity to Love. To nourish. To sustain life. To care for others. It’s our nature to do so.
And so why, why can’t we see that our birthright as human beings is to love this world, in its beauty, its majesty, its glory? Why can’t we see that our birthright is to love each other, and respect each other?
These days these questions arise profoundly, and I have no answers.

blue-shadowed mountains
drift in an ocean of twilight
my heart breaks
why
because of those
who do not have
the eyes to see
beauty
to tend to it
love and honor it
with all their hearts
because of those who do not have
the ears to hear
the song of the mountain
the rhythm of the sea
the whisper of the wind
the earth is being consumed by hungry ghosts
the bittersweet beauty of the mountains
reminds me
of all that is
and all that is not
and these days
i begin to discover
deepest awareness is found
at the root of ignorance
truest peace arises
in the midst of conflict
the purest love flowers
from the chaos
of a world
whose heart
is breaking
such is the mystery
why it should be so
i do not know.
