Spacious Awareness. The essence of SourcePoint. The essence of a peaceful inner state. The focus, the single point, of our first SourcePoint Awareness Meditation Retreat, in Santa Fe, September 15-17, 2017, led by Donna.

Open to anyone. No prior SourcePoint training necessary. No prior meditation experience required. For practitioners, meditators, clients who have received SourcePoint and want to know how to use it for themselves. The only prerequisite is either SourcePoint training at any level or, prior to attending, reading our book, “SourcePoint Therapy:Exploring the Blueprint of Health.”

Silent meditation, group meditation, sharing, explorations of the principles and practices of SourcePoint and how they can be used to nurture ourselves on our spiritual path and in our daily dealing with the world of work and relationship. SourcePoint sessions given and/or received. At least one group Awareness session.

Space and time to go deep in a field of Spacious Awareness, of Order, Balance, Harmony and Flow.

This is not a residential retreat. We will be spending days together in a relaxed atmosphere at our SourcePoint Studio in Santa Fe. Retreat will begin at 7pm on Friday evening and end 5:30 Sunday. Cost is sliding scale, from $0-$450 (the cost of three day SourcePoint module). We want this to be available to all.

In today’s world, meditation is not an esoteric practice; it is a survival skill. It is not a luxury; it connects us with the ground of our being and helps us navigate the turbulent waters of life.

The photo above is from my India trip in 2016. This serene place is located within the gates of the largest Divine Mother Temple in India. Sitting by this calm water at twilight, I had one of the deepest experiences of inner peace I’ve ever had. I’d like to share that experience with you.
